One exciting change to the formatting of this program is that you can now sign up separately for the first and second half of the day’s training. The first half of the day includes a masterclass by national experts to help you offer a confident, science-based defense of pregnant women and their preborn babies for the news media, your state’s legislature, everyday conversations with colleagues, and more. The second half includes training to help you serve as a medical expert witness in the courts.
These training sessions have proven to be extremely valuable for more than 200 of our members. Dr. Sudheer Jayaprabhu, an OB/GYN practicing in Texarkana, Texas, states that while he was generally a good communicator with family and patients, prior to attending our training, “anything past the exam room made me very nervous.”

He has also had op-eds published in national and state outlets, offering his invaluable perspective as a life-affirming physician devoted to caring for both his pregnant and preborn patients.
“Since we have ACOG parroting how much we need abortions to perform good OB care, I feel that pro-life OB/GYNs need to stand up against this lie,” says Dr. Jayaprabhu. “Currently, the public needs to hear from board certified OB/GYNs how dangerous mifepristone really is. The media outreach arm of AAPLOG provides excellent opportunities through radio and press interviews to voice this truth to the general public.”
Of his media training experience, family physician and abortion pill reversal pioneer Dr. George Delgado says, “I feel more comfortable and better prepared to answer questions from members of all media. The answers I provide are more coherent and useful to them.”
Dr. Delgado also attended our legal expert witness training, which he says was “professional, comprehensive and thorough. The mock cross examination was very helpful in preparing for legal settings but also for any situations where I am facing aggressive questions.”
